First off, there are a ton of similarities with coaching and coaches these days. All of them share the same story repeatedly…just watch YouTube and you’ll see what I am talking about. Once you’ve seen 10 guys share the same concept, the same idea the same regurgitated material, you just shut down. I know, I’ve watched them and turned the channel faster than you probably did.
This is why I created Think Like An Executive. I was tired of hearing and even seeing these coaches give you wrong and bad advice over and over again. I’m here to help. I want to make the sales industry a better industry. Not by just one person but as a whole. If I can improve the way one sales associate deals with another, then essentially, I’ve improved two people and ultimately, the industry will change, it will be better and sales associates will have more pride in their work across the board.
