This is intended for mid-sized teams and we focus on the following:

• Individual coaching sessions with each team member monthly
• Sourcing new business aka prospecting
• Team structure and key responsibilities
• Lead management and roles
• Adding key components to your team ex: marketing, TC and an office Manager
• Having key vendors work with you
• With this program, our coach provides you, the team leader, with a report of how each agent is doing and we discuss in full the strengths and weaknesses of each key player.
• The team leader will get one on one personal coaching every week with this program

Each team member gets one personal coaching session per month with a group, team call, every single week. As a group, we collective help each other identify the teams strengths and more importantly, we identify any weaknesses.
